Can you please tell us what you found to be the most helpful thing about taking part in On Board?
Brad McKenna: What one thing that I find most useful about On Board. That's tough. It's tough to pick just one. You know, I got a lot out of the on site that Corwin came and did at our organization with me, I really liked the conversations we had as a group, the cohort discussions, the articles we went through, but if I had to pick just one that I continue to use the most is probably the retreat that we participate in at the end of the, the sessions together. It gave me the confidence I needed, the content that we covered. It was just all really well done and I continue to reference it today. I mean, I use it in board meetings. I use it with staff. I use it when I'm sitting with other partner organizations and sharing things I've learned or that I might be able to pass along. So those 2.5 days, I mean, I long to be part of that again and, I am hoping the schedule works out. So if I had to pick just one thing, it's probably that retreat at the end of the cohort.
