How was your experience working with the Miss Excel team?
Ericka Simpson: Hi, my name is Erica Simpson. I am the Vice President of Learning and Development for the marketing function in the growth org at Synchrony Financial. And when we first reached out to uh Kat Norton and the Miss Excel team, we were looking to buy about 50 licenses for a few of our folks that um said they needed to refresh or training for Excel. And what ended up happening was we bought initially, I think it was 50 licenses. And as the word got out about this training, we got a flurry of requests. Everybody was super excited to have this um available to them. And so we doubled the licenses over the next month and the experience has been smooth sailing. Um Any time that we have had a question, um The Miss Excel team is very uh responsive. I mean, sometimes in less than 24 hours which is super uh customer service that we appreciate very much. Um And if you are on the fence about buying training through Miss Excel, I would say don't be um your experience is going to be just as fantastic as, as ours has been. And I can't say enough great things about this training. So do it.
