What problem will you or are you solving with Mighty Canary?
Liz Jones: My D Canary is going to help strengthen the trust between our analytics department and the end users. The simple feature of having a Canary directly on the dashboard that states this data is up to date and fresh, or this pipeline has been delayed. We're aware and we're working on it is going to help our end user trust and feel secure in the data that they're viewing.
Why is solving this problem important to your team?
Liz Jones: Trust is a big issue for my team to solve, because without it, all the time and effort that we spend creating these dashboards will be for not because our end user will access them.
How has it been working the Mighty Canary product and team?
Liz Jones: Working in Mighty Canary has been fantastic. It's simple and easy to use. I can set one up in less than five minutes. If I ever do have an issue, the team is always willing to help. They've got an entire site of documentation or are willing to jump on a call and help me walk through any issues that I'm having.
