Lawrence Spoerl: Hi, my name is Larry Spoerl with Kyndryl. Kyndryl is the world's largest provider of IT infrastructure services and has been delivering SAP related services for over forty years. I serve as Kyndryl's global SAP leader supporting large deal development and execution, and I've worked within the SAP ecosystem as a business partner for over 20 years, supporting a variety of global, regional, and local SAP alliances and businesses.

How have Microsoft’s support and resources enabled Kyndryl to expand its SAP service offerings and client base?

Lawrence Spoerl: In late 2021, when Kyndryl spun off from IBM, we quickly expanded our alignment with Microsoft to support our joint customers on their SAP journey. Almost three years ago, I and a handful of colleagues met with Microsoft to begin our journey together. And in those three short years, Kyndryl has gone from a new, obscure partner of Microsoft to one of Microsoft Azure's leading SAP partners. We agreed to focus on market-driven needs including SAP's S/4HANA migrations, clean core, cloud ERP framework, security, AI, data, and innovation.

How has partnering with Microsoft enhanced the SAP solutions Kyndryl delivers?

Lawrence Spoerl: Our joint success in delivering low, no-cost migrations and implementing proven and effective operational processes is recognized by top analysts, and of course, our joint customer base. With Kyndryl and Microsoft teams engaged together Kyndryl can leverage its data and application expertise, comprehensive SAP and non-SAP services, such as cybersecurity and AI, to advise our customers through their complex cloud transformations and helping them achieve their digital transformation goals.

How does partnering with Microsoft for SAP solutions enhance Kyndryl's market competitiveness and positioning?

Lawrence Spoerl: With over 26,000 Microsoft certifications held by over 17,000 Kyndryl experts, customers and their businesses thrive by leveraging the right technology with the right process and tools. Kyndryl has selected SAP and Microsoft to run our own business, reaping extraordinary business outcomes and benefits. Innovation, speed, agility are just some of our joint tenants working with our customers. Microsoft RISE incentives and funding options from Microsoft help our joint customers mitigate risk with their migrations to a clean core estate. Reliable, secure, and composable ERP solutions are part of the Kyndryl and Microsoft solution set, giving us a unique position with our joint customers.

How has integrating SAP with Microsoft solutions driven value for Kyndryl clients?

What opportunities have Kyndryl seen arise from participating in the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program (MAICPP)?

Lawrence Spoerl: To summarize, we have three takeaways. One, Kyndryl and Microsoft support SAP's RISE and Grow go to market strategy, and Azure remains the top hyperscaler for SAP workloads. Two, Kyndryl's own SAP on Azure transformation speaks for itself. We have decades of experience and outcomes for any size business.
