How have Microsoft’s support and resources enabled myCloudDoor to expand its SAP service offerings and client base?
Javier Aguado: Microsoft has supported us in two different ways. First of all, commercially and at the end, they have a sales teams all over the world, and they are inviting us to different opportunities all across Europe, Middle East and Americas. And second and most important with the different products they are launching that help us to integrate with our SAP customers. Mainly we are talking about analytics, AI, cybersecurity, and Power Platform.
How has partnering with Microsoft enhanced the SAP solutions myCloudDoor delivers?
Javier Aguado: myCloudDoor has been partnering with Microsoft since 2014 when the first certification for SAP on Azure systems were launched into the market. Since then, we have been working with SAP solutions on top of a Microsoft Azure platform. And we have become a worldwide recognized expert, and Microsoft has helped us to enhance our SAP solutions in two different ways. First of all, with Microsoft as a platform, where we have been able to automate all the deployments and the different solutions we are delivering. So we are able to reduce the time to market and help the customers to reduce the TCO. And second, we have advanced AI and analytics capabilities where we are providing our customers the capability of getting better insights on their SAP data and being able to merge all this data with different data sources and work with them in a more advanced and insightful way.
How does partnering with Microsoft for SAP solutions enhance myCloudDoor's market competitiveness and positioning?
Javier Aguado: As Microsoft has specific programs to foster SAP on Azure partnership. In fact, myCloudDoor was one of the first ten worldwide companies on achieving the SAP on Azure advanced specialization, provide us distinguished brand and certificate into the market. Also, we need to take into consideration the different SAP on Azure funding programs that help us to be more competitive in the market and being able to achieve more wins partnering with Microsoft sales teams.
How has integrating SAP with Microsoft solutions driven value for myCloudDoor clients?
Javier Aguado: Integrating SAP solutions with Microsoft technology has given additional value to our customers in what we call the extended scenarios. These scenarios bring us the possibility of integrating Microsoft technologies such as AI, data, analytics, Power Platform, automation, and cybersecurity with their SAP solutions. For that the customers are being benefit on the automation, intelligent insights, and security that Microsoft provide us.
What opportunities have myCloudDoor seen arise from participating in the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program (MAICPP)?
Javier Aguado: The Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program has bring us the opportunity to integrate advanced Artificial Intelligence solutions with SAP solutions. Here, Microsoft is leading the market with advanced OpenAI models and their AI studio and different platforms they are providing to us. What we are doing mainly in our customers is taking the data from SAP and using on top of that AI solutions giving the customer to interact with the data in a more intelligent way, but also being able to automate different business processes. For example, we have some customer that has been able to automate the whole sales life cycle using a natural language and OpenAI technology. They are able with a phone call or with a WhatsApp to create a purchase order, to change any sales process, or even to ask about their customers. So they are able to be more productive and get better insights from their data.
