Please introduce yourself and outline the circumstances / challenges that led you to use Michelle's services.
Hamide Ahmet: My name is Hamide Ahmed, and I was the partner that led the people function at Tulchan Communications which is a strategic advisory firm I have worked with several coaches and trainers over my 20 year career within HR, and in my opinion and experience, Michelle is distinguished and stands out from those that I have worked with. Michelle goes above and beyond to ensure that the course content is exactly what is needed. She is able to deliver a group training session yet to make each person feel that they are receiving 1 to 1 training. She is flexible within her content and can change things if needed, engaging and always puts the end user's needs first. How have you or your team benefited from Michelle's support?
Hamide Ahmet: We brought in Michelle having worked with her for many years previously to write a programme from scratch for us - bespoke - that would address the needs that we had within the business. We were also going through a steep, steep growth curve within the organisation and therefore needed our team and colleagues to be upskilled quite quickly. Michelle wrote a bespoke programme for us and I am very, very happy to say that most of those colleagues that Michelle trained, were promoted as a direct response from her training.
