Michael Diaz: So Martin helped me restructure a notion board that I was trying to customize, to create like a category that funneled into like a table on another page. And he like jumped into a hyper complex uh system that I had downloaded and just found a way to reverse engineer it and add like a custom function and it was excellent.

Michael Diaz: Overall, it was like really fast, surprisingly patient with how complex the system was. Um, he was, you know, lighthearted and willing to, uh you know, just understand it slowly but surely with different micro tests to ensure that he knew what he was actually modifying. And I think that led him to actually like understand it better and then create the function that we were trying to make. So it was excellent.

Michael Diaz: I definitely talked to several people before hiring Martin on this job. And he was one of the few people who was one immediately willing to hop on a call and two was willing to bang his head at the problem enough to actually understand it before just trying to make a like band aid cover or circumvent it or start from scratch. He actually like went and tested what was implemented in order to understand it and then, you know, implement what I was asking for. So his patience, his willingness to work within the system, his communication and um just general speed was excellent.
