Naomi: Hi there. This is Naomi Clare Crellin. I am founder and CEO of story craft lab.
In a few sentences, what will you be speaking about at our event?
Naomi: I'm going to be talking about the connection between data, dialogue and emotion and especially focusing on how the data that can come from dialogue with our audiences can deepen our understanding of their needs and preferences and enable us to design for better emotional connection in the experiences that we create.
