Dave Delaney: Well, hey, I'm Dave Delaney and I am really excited to team up with Angela to deliver 'Confidence Unleashed.' Not only are you gonna learn the ins and outs of sales, but you're also gonna learn about using improv to improve the way you sell. You're gonna be able to learn how to think fast on your feet and listen to people and actually act upon what you hear. I'm gonna teach you all the ins and outs of approaching things slowly, breathing a little bit, and using the skills from improv to improve your sales performance. This is something that doesn't normally happen. It's kind of a chocolate and peanut butter scenario where we're putting our best bits all together. Unless you have a peanut allergy! In which case, it's more like just chocolate and chocolate because who doesn't love chocolate. So, what I'm going to be doing is taking a lot of the skills that I've learned over the years performing and teaching communication skills. And a lot of that comes from using improv. I studied with Second City in Toronto and have performed improv across Canada, the US, Ireland, England and Scotland as well. And so I'm going to be bringing all of that for you here soon.

Dave Delaney: You know, some of the biggest challenges you face as a sales professional include sometimes limited communication with your prospects. Sometimes they are saying "no," even before you have an opportunity to explain what you're trying to sell and what you're trying to do here. So what I'm gonna be teaching you during this training is how to take skills from improv and apply them to help you overcome a fear of failure, to help you improve your listening skills, to learn to lead with acceptance, and to use empathy and authenticity to actually truly connect with your prospects. There's a lot here that I am super, super excited to share with you and to teach you. And it's gonna be incredible when you apply what you learn to your own sales process and I'm excited.

Dave Delaney: The thing that I'm most excited for about 'Confidence Unleashed' is seeing the transformation, seeing the light bulbs go off when you start to apply what you're learning and then understand how you can actually use that in your own sales process. It's when I see these light bulbs pop up, that it gets pretty exciting for me. So that's the part that I'm most excited about. Also, Angela is awesome and you're gonna learn a ton from her as well. So you're going to be coming out of this really transformed. And I'm excited to see the transformation myself.
