What is your WHY? Why do you share your time, talent and treasures with MTIH?

Audra DiPadova Wilford: Hi, I'm Audre DiPadova Wilford, founder of Max Love Project, and my WHY for being a part of the Metabolic Terrain Institute of Health Team is childhood cancer. My WHY is all of the incredible children and families we serve and the care that we desperately need. So, they say to be the change that you wanna see in the world. That is what the Metabolic Terrain Institute of Health Team is doing. And, the work is bringing a state of the art integrative, truly integrative, cancer hospital to the world -- the one that we really, really, really need -- and to bring the support that surrounds all of that; to bring the support to clinicians and providers across the country; and to really be a beacon of light and of hope for families facing, really, the unthinkable. And, so when a child is diagnosed with cancer, we look for the best of care. We want everything that can help our child thrive and help our whole family really, not only survive the process, but find ways to thrive through the process, and the health care system today is not set up for that. It's inadequate for that, and what this team is doing under Doctor Nasha's leadership is bringing us the care and the support we need and deserve. And, so, this is my WHY. My WHY is a thriving future. My WHY is, like, superior, beautiful, powerful treatment options that take into account the entire person and the entire terrain, and, I mean, really a mind body, soul experience. And, this is what's coming thanks to this team, and it's an honor for me to be a tiny part of it.
