Speaker: Nico Romero, Harmony Music Space
Tell us your name and the name of your business.
Nico Romero: My name is Nico Romero. My business name is Harmony Music Space.
Tell us about your business idea in 30 seconds or less.
Nico Romero: People enjoy music from learning how to play it, to recording it, to just enjoying a concert. But those three things are usually separate and very expensive to pay for. So what we want to do is put all three things together in one place where people can buy a membership to get access to lessons, recording space and then the general public can buy concert tickets for the weekends.
What is it about your business that makes it unique, new and/or exciting?
Nico Romero: So people sometimes need a place where they feel they're part of a community and learning to play music or writing music and going to concerts are all great ways that people can come together socialize. Um see each other on a regular basis, not have to go to different places, um to learn music and then to go to a concert. For example, they can come to one place um be around the same types of people where they get to know them. So it's really about building a sense of community for people that buy our memberships or people that regularly attend concerts. That's what will get people excited about um coming to harmony music, space.
Tell us why you should be on The Mesa Pitch.
Nico Romero: So, since this business is a real physical location business um with employees, we align with the chamber's goal of expanding economic growth, creating jobs and engaging the community. Uh Music is a great way to do this and a lot of music venues are either in downtown or are just solely focused on concerts. Um That's why harmony music space is a perfect pitch for the mesa pitch.
