How has medtigo been useful to you? (e.g., medical news service, access to certificate courses such as ACLS, able to earn CME credit, etc.)
Steven Hill, D.O.: I found medtigo to be very useful, particularly for the certificate courses. I particularly enjoyed refreshing my ACLS, my BLS and my PALS. And then I added the additional advanced stroke life support and neonatal resuscitation. I was able to get some CME hours that are accredited as well as refresh those certificates. The cost actually was very good and I found it very educational.
How is medtigo different from other websites that offer similar services? (e.g., convenience, quality, value, etc.)
Steven Hill, D.O.: I've taken ACLS and PALS as well as CPR from a variety of online sites. I found medtigo to be very cost effective, the courses were very useful and they can be done any time.
Would you refer medtigo to colleagues? And if you earned a certificate card was it accepted at your hospital?
Steven Hill, D.O.: I've already referred at least one colleague. And yes, our facility does take the ACLS and PALS from medtigo. I particularly enjoyed the other courses, although I wish there was CME attached to the neonatal resuscitation as well as the advanced stroke life support.
