Why did you choose to attend?
Sha’Ketta Davis: I decided, I decided to attend the leadership summit so that I can meet and network with other women of color who are doing amazing things in their community.
What was one of the most impactful takeaways for you?
Sha’Ketta Davis: So one of my most impactful moments, the spa has been just learning about the resources and tools that are available through measures specifically to measure ignite tool. I think there's definitely gonna be a catalyst to changing uh the way organizations connect, communicate and report and share data.
What makes this event different from others you’ve attended in the past?
Sha’Ketta Davis: So, well, the one thing that makes this event different from others that I've attended in the past is that you can definitely tailor that there was a lot of intentionality put into planning and implementing this leadership summit. Um From the way the open sessions were framed to the particular topics for the breakout sessions. Uh There you can just really tell a lot of thought, a lot of processing and intentionality was put into creating and designing this entire event.
