Matt knew everything about the market down here. And not only that, he even knew my neighbours, this side, that side, you name it. He could tell me who everyone was. Local shops. He made me feel at home. It can also be really nerve racking as a buyer, but Matt made me feel really comfortable. He's really quick on response, super reliable. And Matt, I can't wait to have a long standing relationship with you, and Barry Plant and thank you for all that you did for me, including sending me dinner to my home on the first night after I had a massive moving day.
