How did you find your way to your current role at Matrix Design Group?
Jennifer Davis-Revelle: I found my current role at Matrix um through indeed, after completing my MB A um at U SI, I started looking for a job and started researching and that's how I found Matrix and it's been great so far.
Could you share a few details about the favorite part of your role and the team at Matrix Design Group?
Jennifer Davis-Revelle: Uh my favorite part about Matrix are the people. Um Everybody is super friendly, always helpful. Even if it's not necessarily in your department, you could just be walking in the hall and have a question and say, hey, can I help you? The culture here is wonderful. It's very supportive and it's just a community feel. So, Matrix was pretty good.
What stands out to you about the culture at Matrix Design Group?
Jennifer Davis-Revelle: What stands out to me about Matrix culture is it's so inviting. It's very friendly and uh like I said, it's like a community. Everybody knows everybody's name. You meet everybody on your first day and it's kind of tough sometimes. But you go back through and, you know, you're, oh, I remember you. And how are you, how, how's your, how's your month gone so far? You know, everybody is just so welcoming. Um You don't get that a lot of places, but Matrix, they do it right.
