What initially drew you to our Masterclass?
James Pham: For me, it was the 24 7 access to on-demand resources and videos. But also the fact that I could submit my work to a professional sushi chef to get feedback.
What was most helpful from our masterclass?
James Pham: What was most helpful was the synergy of resources that I had available to help me develop my skills. You know, when we go into um these sessions, I got feedback from the professional sushi master, but also that they would refer to the videos to help me develop my skills that way. I think having both resources at once was very helpful for my development.
How did the masterclass impact on your career?
James Pham: Well, my career is not really in uh food or hospitality. I'm in an entirely different career industry, but I found that doing this course, had a huge impact on my lifestyle right now. And that I feel much more confident approaching fish, like making sushi, bringing them to family events, friend events. And maybe in the future, I might use these skills to do some catering and in that way, in the future, it might impact my career.
Would you recommend our product/service to others? If so, why?
James Pham: I would absolutely recommend this course to anybody. And the reason being is because it is extremely thorough in the information that it provides. You're not just learning how to create one type of sushi or work with one kind of fish, but a broad range of each in a way that you learn how to deal with them individually. So you're learning how to specifically deal with tuna, how to specifically deal with salmon, how to specifically deal with any kind of sushi variation that there's available. And I think in this way that you can ensure that you have professional development across a longer period of time than you would, you know, just one or two videos here and there.
