What initially drew you to our Masterclass?
Alexandru Gusa: Hello. I'm chef Alexandra Gusa. I'm chef of Tobiko Sushi from Bucharest First, I want to thank you to Ms. Kazumi for everything, what it's make of this Japanese Cuisine Academy. And not for the last to Sensei Takahashi, And I want to say a little bit from the part of the Master of Japanese Cuisine Academy, and I completed the program of this part of sushi and I want to say it's the most complex course that I did before. Thank you very much. And I hope to continue with the Master of Japanese Cuisine Academy.
What was most helpful from our masterclass?
Alexandru Gusa: The most useful (thing) that I learned about is food safety and how to handle food safely.
How did the masterclass impact on your career?
Alexandru Gusa: It made me think as a professional (chef) and the courage to show what I learned in this course. And it opened the new way of professional cuisine.
Would you recommend our product/service to others? If so, why?
Alexandru Gusa: Yes, I want to recommend it to beginners as well as experienced ones. As it is short, as the time to learn, (you can learn) the secrets that you don't learn from the restaurant kitchen. And many many chefs don't know about these secrets and the success.
