Tell me anything that you want about your experience so far, what you enjoyed the most so far, what you found the most challenging, etc.

Jody Bickle LMT: Hi, everybody. This is Jody Bickle, just getting ready for day three of deep Lomi, but a recap on day two. What I found the most challenging was actually working with Shea Butter because I use oil and lotion and it's a lot more viscous. And so working with the shea butter is a lot tackier when you're working with it. But almost necessary when you're doing the slow flow work. And really getting into the muscle tissue and harmonizing with the client better. It was challenging for me to get into that mode instead of the massage mode, really taking it slow. But once I got the hang of it, it was so much easier to, to kind of get that flow and that rhythm. And listen a lot more in depth. I think it's going to very much benefit my work. Not to mention my favorite part, which was a four handed kind of a lot more freestyle, just kind of getting in there. It is kind of a lot more of my jam. So it was a lot of fun to kind of play with some people that could really let go and explore and play. So, looking very forward to day three, I believe we're going to be at the spa. So, yay, I'm excited for day three.
