What made you decide to join the Massage Reimagined team?
Brielle: What made me decide to work for massage re imagined is basically, I heard about Joe and he taught a class at the school that I went to, which I absolutely loved. And then I found out that he was basically famous in Seattle. And I was like, what? I'm definitely working for someone that's famous. So, yeah, I really liked his approach. I like how he runs things. I thought it would be a really chill and great place to work. And it has turned out to be the best first massage job as a therapist that I've ever had.
Could you share a few details about what you appreciate the most about working at Massage Reimagined?
Brielle: I think one of my favorite things about working with Joe is that he is so approachable and you can really take any type of issue, concern, thoughts, things that you want to discuss differences in opinion, anything like that to him. And he really is like so open to having conversations and discussions and finding a really comfortable middle ground. Um And then the other thing that is really awesome about working for Joe is that he's so good to all his employees. Like he pays incredible and you get so many perks like classes and continuing continuing education and it just really makes learning, he really makes learning really fun, like learning new things. And he is also just so um encouraging about being in your own, like having your own style and getting creative with it. And I think that without that encouragement, I wouldn't be where I'm at with my career today.
Has working at Massage Reimagined made you a better therapist?
Brielle: If it wasn't for Joe and the way that he's taught me things, I would be probably like such a basic massage therapist. Maybe I would have like, good quality of touch. But I don't think that I would really stand out. And because of what I've learned through massage, reimagined, it's taken my skills as a therapist and my ability to stand out to the next level.
