What was the first time a natural wine blew your mind?

Victor-E: So the first time a natural wine blew my mind was October of 2017. I had no idea what any wine was, I just assumed all wine was the same. And then I end up in Tabula Rasa Bar out in Hollywood, and I just had a merlot and, I didn't know merlot could be that delicious. After I asked, I can't remember who it was that time, but I after I asked about it and learned how it's organic and biodynamic I was just completely blown away.

What intrigued you about our wines that made you seek us out?

What intrigued me was that your wines are small batch, small production and you deal with them pretty directly. And another thing that it's California. California: why? California is supposed to be cool. Fresh? Well, not always fresh, just good. And Post Flirtation. Post Flirtation 2017. I had no idea what it was, but it was red and white, and at the time I just ordered it. I received it. I threw it in the fridge. And when I pop those bottles open, it was, "I want to drink this all day." Once I tasted it, I was like, I am definitely gonna drink this all day. I was at dinner with friends and everybody was this blown away by how delicious Post Fliration was.
