What has been your experience with Marketers CRM?
Tenille: I've been using Marketers CRM for some time and it is really an incredible system. I was using about four or five different Softwares and to be able to consolidate it into uh one. And also for me, the biggest thing is the personalization of um and I just, just being able to have personal support with a real person this day and age is something that's a little bit rare. Um So, and to be able to have the same person to speak to um regularly and connect with if I had questions, so to be able to have that accessibility has probably been the biggest um positive. The, the functionality of the CRM is incredible. It's um really intuitive and it's been really, really great to use. Um But yeah, for me, the biggest, biggest point has been being able to get really personalized service. Um And that really matters when you're trying to build your CRM and trying to build out your system. So, yeah, I've, I've enjoyed so far using all the um the course modules that's really been such a step up from what I had before. And um yeah, I'm really enjoying using the the program and the all the software um and having it all in one place. So, yeah, thank you and definitely recommend it to anyone that's looking for streamlining, um ease of efficiencies is great, easy to use product. And also um the biggest bonus is, yeah, getting really personalized service. So, um yeah, there's someone that can really help walk you through step by step, what to do. So, thank you.
How responsive and helpful is the customer support if you needed assistance?
Tenille: Like I said before, the customer service has been the biggest uh positive out of this entire thing. There's a lot of Softwares out there, but what marketers CRM offers is really personalized service. So um it's uh yeah, incredible.
Do you think Marketers CRM is priced reasonably for the value it provides?
Tenille: In comparison to what's out there and with the amount of different Softwares that I was using before, um marketers, CRM is definitely priced at a reasonable level. I find it very cost effective in comparison to what I was spending using all the different um other Softwares.
What is the one thing that you love the most about Marketers CRM?
Tenille: Being able to have one person that I can contact regularly, who knows my product and, and is able to be very responsive to my requests. Um, when I need them in the moment has been a game changer.
Would you recommend Marketers CRM to your friends and audience?
Tenille: Yep. Absolutely would recommend to friends and audience without a doubt.
