Speaker: Michelle Doyle, Architect, Halstead Architects
Introduce yourself (your name, where you're from, what you do)
Michelle Doyle: Hi, I'm Michelle Doyle and I'm an architect in Marion, Indiana, I moved here in 2013 from southeast Indiana.
What part of town do you live in and what do you love about your neighborhood?
Michelle Doyle: I live in the historic Euclid Triangle on the north side of town, behind the hospital. The beautiful, tree lined boulevard is full of historic homes and is full of very friendly neighbors. The very walkable street is home to lots of professionals and children, and we really enjoy seeing them on our neighborhood walks.
What's a must-do event or activity that remote workers should experience in their first year?
Michelle Doyle: On your first year living in Marion, a must see event would be the War of 1812 reenactment, the Walkway of Lights around Christmas, followed by the Christmas parade or a Marion high school basketball game.
