Hi there, my name is Vicky Decker. I'm from Warsaw indiana. I'm a real estate broker here and I'm coming to you from my green room today because I want to tell you a little bit about Warsaw and this community that we've lived in for over 30 years. So I'm just across the street from Winona Lake. Our county has 100 lakes. So there's a great lake culture if you like lake activities, boating, skiing, fishing, paddleboarding. Uh, this is the place for you. I can take my kayak or my paddleboard right across the street and um, use Winona Lake. We have loved our annual neighborhood. 4th of July, lots of traditions that have gone on for a long time, a parade. There's fireworks. People take their boat out on the lakes and And watch the fireworks and it's a time that we look forward to every year. And most lakes around here will have a big 4th of July kind of celebration because everybody's out on the water and it's just fun to be outside. It's a great place to meet your neighbors and, and just be involved in your neighborhood. Warsaw has a great little downtown, that's actually kind of in the middle of being revitalized. Several of the buildings and businesses have been bought and are being remodeled. So that's been kind of a great thing to see uptown. We're just a few minutes from the village at Winona. That's also a cute little boutique town, which great little shops and restaurants and they just put in an ice rink this year. We have great parks. Um, so there's just a lot to do. We have bike trails, walking trails and um, I can get you lots of information on schools, recreation. We're considered the orthopedic capital of the world.
