Hey y'all. This is Laura Hagg I'm the City Manager of Frankfort and I'm just walking over the singing bridge. It's one of the, I think, favorite sounds of the city because as you hear cars drive by this over 120-year-old bridge, steel bridge, the way it was constructed, you always hear a, a sing song as the cars go by. Anywho, I'm on my way to downtown to have a drink and some food. But I thought I'd start off with the first welcome and hi. I was born and raised in Frankfort and actually have been away for 35 years and came back to be the City Manager and some of the things that I missed from Frankfort that I really enjoy now the sights and sounds of Frankfort, sounds of the singing bridge. We have a railroad going right through town. You can hear that twice a day. What you can't tell by video is that we have the smells, the beautiful smells of sour mash from Buffalo Trace and that is something that will welcome you here to Frankfort. I will post and try to post some videos of my favorite places around town and just want to introduce myself and say hello and welcome to Frankfort.
