What was your biggest accomplishment (or breakthrough) that happened during the challenge?
Jazmin K.: my biggest accomplishment throughout this challenge was learning to care for myself so that I could be a better version of myself, so that I could care for my little one and for those around me. And really what they spoke to in me was that I was modeling this type of behavior for my baby and I wanted to set, you know, this, this sort of nurturing and loving environment for my child, but I wasn't nurturing and loving myself first, and when I was able to start nurturing and caring for myself through food and movement and meditation and just those small breaks and moments throughout the day for myself, I was able to then love my baby in such a beautiful and full of gratitude type of way that I felt like I wasn't doing before, I was loving her and caring for her. Um but feeling so depleted through it all, and it's really helped me to enjoy motherhood so much more and um just to be able to pour from a more full cup by building those healthy habits throughout the challenge. So, I guess to put it into a few words, this challenge really helped me to build a healthier relationship with my child. It helped me to build a healthier motherhood lifestyle that I want to continue on as my child grows older and as I continue to have more Children in the future
