What has been the biggest value/benefit that you've seen from using MaintainX?
Robb Thiel: The biggest benefit I've seen is that we don't have work slipping through the cracks anymore. Everybody knows what their task is. There's no questions about it. Any information they need to complete the task. Model number, serial numbers, belt numbers. Any of that stuff is stored right there underneath the asset tab. Easy to find and the work just gets done.
