Tell us about a time that MaintainX helped you.

Justin: One instance that MaintainX helped me one time we had a bearing seized up on one of our rulers and we were wondering if we actually had the bearing in stock. So we went on to the program and we looked up the stock on MaintainX. And we noticed we did not have the bearing in. So we were able to place a work order and let our parts coordinator order the proper parts. And then he updated the inventory in the program so that everyone was aware that there was extra bearings. And so the MaintainX program is quite useful and it is very organized and we were all able to access it and know what's in the house and placed work orders. So it is quite a good program to use and we quite enjoy using it.

Describe MaintainX in three words.

Justin: Three words to describe MaintainX I would say organized, useful and easy as an easy to use.

What has been the biggest value/benefit that you've seen from using MaintainX?

Justin: One of the biggest benefits of MaintainX would be all of the staff are able to submit work orders and follow the live progress of them, so we were able to see when maintenance staff have completed them, put them on hold or canceled the work order. Another tool we really enjoy is the knowing are the parts inventory. I think that's a big helpful tool to know what's in house, what has to be ordered and when the machine breaks down, we're able to go and get the proper parts. So that's a great tool to have.
