What would you say to operators in a role like yours who aren't sure if MaintainX is right for them?
Alex Pridemore: I'd say check it out. Give it a demo. See for yourself how customizable it really is for you and your business. Uh because even at scaling of 400 car washes plus, we've been able to implement this efficiently and MaintainX has been extremely wonderful to work with. Um really easy to get along with. They have great people over there. Our account manager is Alison. She's amazing. Um, almost any customization we've ever asked for is done in less than a week. It's awesome. Before you started, were you worried about your team being able to use MaintainX ? Has that opinion changed?
Alex Pridemore: At first a little bit, right? I mean, brand new tool, computer, app based, right? Don't know how user friendly it's really gonna be, especially, you know, at, at scale with a ton of people, a ton of people to train. But what I found was, is that MaintainX was super helpful in training between providing customer videos to, to demos, to just meet and greets, you know, whatever we needed, they were able to provide it and, and make that a little more easy for us to navigate and 1000% changed our mind. I mean, once we got into the app it's so user friendly, whether you're on a desktop or even the mobile. And that's honestly where 80 to 90% of our folks work out of MaintainX is, is the the mobile application and it's so user friendly, so easy to use.
Take 5 is a big company in the Car Wash industry, would you recommend MaintainX to smaller operations?
Alex Pridemore: I would definitely recommend it to a company of maybe a bit of a smaller size. Maybe you only got 3, 4, 5, you know, 6, 7 sites or what whatever it may be, you're gonna get to dive in and improve your business just that much faster because you may not have 400 sites to, to sift and train and look through and it's going to provide just a, a different level of viewership that you maybe thought you had. But I'm telling you, you don't unless, you know, there's nothing compared that we've found so far to the reporting to all MaintainX just honestly how customizable it was for us. And that can be great for companies of all different sizes because hey, at 400 sites, we may want some certain customizations around how, how work orders are reported and you know how, how they come through as requests or who they go to where they go to, et cetera versus someone who has four or five. Maybe that's just one person or maybe you want the request to look a certain way that, that you like rather than we like. And that's what's so great about MaintainX That is honestly how customizable everything is. So, I'd say absolutely, give it a shot.
