Hello. I wanted to take a couple of minutes to jump on and just speak to you about a new blog that I've just written about, the importance of raising awareness of mental health in your workplace and the consequences of not doing exactly that. So the blog is on our Cracking well Wellbeing website. If you'd like to pop along there for more information, It outlines the latest report in 2022. What we know for now is that in 2020, one in six people were reporting common mental health issues, like anxiety and depression in any one week. And that means that's me, that's you, that's your colleagues, your managers, your family, your friends, your children. And organizations have a duty of care to create an environment that supports people's mental health and well being. We have a lot more discerning jobseekers these days and to make sure that you are attracting and retaining the most appropriate people for your businesses, then make sure you are paying attention to this important area because otherwise they'll go and work elsewhere. So in summary, we know it's affecting your absenteeism figures, your presenteeism, someone's present, but they're not really performing at their best. We know it affects performance. We know it affects the bottom line of your business and the ultimate, of course, is that you don't want people ending their life in the workplace because of having mental health issues. So please go and have a look at the blog to find out more about this important information and get in touch if we can help you thank you
