Sarah Bazzano-Trujillo: My name is Sarah Bozano Trujillo. I am a strategic customer success manager. I'm based out of the beautiful state of Colorado and I just celebrated my one year anniversary at Madison Logic.

How did you find your way to your current role at Madison Logic?

Sarah Bazzano-Trujillo: Um before Madison Logic, I was employed by an Ed tech company and I enjoyed my role there. I was not actively looking for another position. However, one day during a random scroll through my linkedin feed, I came across a post from a previous coworker and friend whom I hadn't spoken to in a while. Wendy Ryan. She announced that a position was open at her current company Madison Logic and she raved about the company and the role I was intrigued. So I read through the highlights and the position seemed perfect for me. I applied and was a strategic customer success manager at Madison Logic. Within a matter of weeks, the entire series of events felt very kismet.

Could you share a few details about the favorite part of your role and the team at Madison Logic?

Sarah Bazzano-Trujillo: In my opinion, I work with some of the most talented individuals on the planet. I work with a supportive team of people who are always willing to help guide and support each other and who truly epitomize what a team should be. As for my role. I love that it is challenging in the way that each client is unique. Each campaign is unique and I'm continually challenged to think strategically about how best to meet each client's specific needs and support their goals. And KP I si always love a challenge and this role provides me with ample opportunities to think critically and to collaborate with my teammates and implement strategies, uh creative strategies and solutions to help ensure successful campaigns for our clients.

What stands out to you about the culture at Madison Logic?

Sarah Bazzano-Trujillo: The culture at Madison Logic is inclusive, empowering and supportive and most definitely innovative, all good things.

What advice would you give someone who is considering working here?

Sarah Bazzano-Trujillo: I would say, do it no matter what your previous experience entails, whether you are familiar with a BM or not, you'll be given plenty of time to ramp up to learn and work through the Comprehensive onboarding program. Um You'll feel supported and encouraged by your teammates and by the company. Uh there's always also very important um potential for advancement and growth at Madison Logic. In fact, advancements and promotions from within are greatly encouraged.

What keeps you with Madison Logic?

Sarah Bazzano-Trujillo: I enjoy going to work each morning. I look forward to it. I feel accomplished. At the end of the day, I love project management and being hyper organized and managing multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously. Uh ensuring that nothing is missed and that each client and campaign is given the same attention to detail, dedication and effort. Um I also love that each day will be unique. Every day is different, so it is never tedious or boring above all. I appreciate working and collaborating with the most incredible people every day who inspire me.

What are some benefits of working here that you discovered after getting started?

Sarah Bazzano-Trujillo: One of my favorite perks and benefits is the ongoing uh training and prove professional development that medicine logic provides us so that we can become expert level in our roles. But we're also given um opportunities to continue our education to continue, not just learning about A BM, but any type of topic or subject that would be beneficial to us in our role. So uh ongoing education is not only encouraged and supported but is provided as well.

How has the company developed during your tenure at ML? What makes ML a great place to work?

Sarah Bazzano-Trujillo: Uh We are continually evolving in so many ways. Our product team is innovative and they listen to the needs of our clients and of the employees and our solutions are continually evolving. Uh The marketing and sales team produce incredible resources and content um on an ongoing basis to drive uh valuable client conversations. The um the people team uh has implemented several new perks and benefits since I began my career at Madison Logic one year ago. Um But lastly, I would call out the customer success leadership team who really have been listening to the needs and the requests of the team and they um are continuing to innovate new ideas to help streamline processes that support us making our um daily lives easier, uh more efficient and ultimately more effective.

Which company value do you feel you live every day?

Sarah Bazzano-Trujillo: I would like to say that I live the respect to value every day whether um interacting with uh clients or fellow employees. I um I strive to be an effective communicator and listener uh valuing the opinions of others and keeping an open mind when collaborating with teammates whose views may differ from mine or who know more than me or who may just have a unique perspective. I work with an incredibly diverse group of people from varying backgrounds and I love to engage with my teammates collaborating and learning from them or testing new theories together. I believe that respect is at the core of every positive relationship or interaction. And um it's essential to me that people feel respected when interacting with me.

Describe the culture at Madison Logic in one word.

Sarah Bazzano-Trujillo: One word is tough to choose. But I would say synergistic, we are working together toward a common goal. We're supportive of one another. Um We're united in our mission and our purpose to achieve and accomplish our goals as individuals and collectively, as a team and ultimately as a company.
