Name, Role, Team, Location, Tenure at ML

Robert Felicetta: Hi, Rob Feet here. I've been on the sales team at Madison Logic for the past 13.5 years. And currently I work remotely from my home in New Jersey.

How did you find your way to your current role at Madison Logic?

Robert Felicetta: I've been working in sales here for almost my entire career, establishing myself as a leader on the team through consistent industry, leading revenue recognition. Uh A major foundational element of my success at Madison Logic has been my ability to develop great relationships with B to B marketers and ensure that these clients recognize ultimate value when leveraging Madison Logic solutions.

Could you share a few details about the favorite part of your role and the team at Madison Logic?

Robert Felicetta: Uh the favorite part of my role in sales is that well, I mean, it's very black and white when it comes to if you're doing well or not, uh you're either bringing in significant revenue or you're not. So at the end of the day, your compensation is in direct correlation to the effort you put in. And I do believe in a meritocracy.

What stands out to you about the culture at Madison Logic?

Robert Felicetta: Yeah. Uh It's amazing to work at Madison Logic because of the culture that we've developed over the course of my tenure here. Uh You know, everyone that you work with genuinely cares about their role, um The work they're accomplishing and the teams, they collaborate with just truly intelligent kind people that mesh together in a phenomenal way. Uh And everyone wants to win together, everyone's pulling for each other.

What advice would you give someone who is considering working here?

Robert Felicetta: The advice I'd offer up someone who's considering working at uh Madison Logic is I'd say of course, go with your heart. You know, if, if your intuition tells you it's the right place to be then awesome. Uh You may feel more self assured in your decision by, you know, doing some extra diligence by asking as many sincere questions as you can possibly even speak with various members on the ML team. Uh get a feel for the day to day understand the positives, but also any challenges as well. You don't really want there to be any surprises, right? So, uh you know, ultimately, if Madison Logic finds you to be talented and a great fit for the team, then I'm confident our team will do what is necessary to ensure you feel fully comfortable with your decision to join.

What keeps you with Madison Logic?

Robert Felicetta: You know, I get this question a lot uh because I've been here for so long at Madison. Um but, you know, as a salesperson, I always say the same thing, you know, you look for three specific components to create a great place to work. You know, the company is within an industry where there's a high demand for the product you offer. Um The product you offer is successful in solving the challenges for your customers. And the company you work for appreciates you and compensate you fairly. Um Without question, Madison Logic has always checked off all three of those boxes which has made it, its just a very easy decision to remain loyal here for so many years.

What are some benefits of working here that you discovered after getting started?

Robert Felicetta: You know, interestingly enough, I'd have to say I found that the grass isn't always greener. Um, when you work for the same company for over 13 years. Sure. You know, you do see a lot of people come and go. Um, yeah, you definitely wish them nothing but the best and want them to succeed as they move along in their careers. Yet, you know, many former coworkers who have become friends who have become friends of mine over the years, they, they move on and realize it's just not the same. Um, you know, so the camaraderie, the level of talent alongside of you that you're working with and, you know, the product prowess leadership strategy there, these are all things that you just can't take for granted. Um These are all pieces that Madison Logic does have in place. Uh And so I suppose the benefit recognized is appreciating the comprehensive environment here.

How has the company developed during your tenure at ML? What makes ML a great place to work?

Robert Felicetta: Well, when I first started back in 2010, I used to work about 12 to 14 hours a day, drank about 10 cups of coffee a day, travel 20 times a year. And, and you know, let's just say the company culture was a bit loose. Um It was definitely work so hard at reaching, you know, unsustainable levels and, and you know, and play hard. Um It was startup life at this point. It's night and day, the way the culture has developed uh in a very positive way. Uh you, you're expected to get your work done and strive for excellence, of course. Uh But employees feel like they can also grow personally and have great work life balance. Uh This is present with, you know, the investment and substantially more employees to share a manageable workload. Uh The abundance of resources ML provides in the form of continued education trainings, guest speakers, consistent offsite social engagement events and incredible benefits.

Which company value do you feel you live every day?

Robert Felicetta: In choosing one company value. I live every day. It would have to be excel. Um The thing is though I've excelled here at Madison Logic for so many years because I respect, I mean, that's another company value. Um I respect the ML Shield. Uh I respect the company that we've built. I respect the executive team members who I've worked with for the past decade and I respect the vision that is shared to continually ensure that Madison Logic offers an industry leading solution and is a top company to work for.

Describe the culture at Madison Logic in one word.

Robert Felicetta: If I had to choose one word to describe the company culture, it probably be inclusive. Uh There hasn't been a day during my tenure. I haven't felt like I could be a part of something here at ML. You always feel that you have the opportunity within the company to, you know, strive for a new, a new role. Uh a new career path, start a social club, share feedback with the manager, grab a coffee with an exec to talk shop. You know, Madison Logic is what you make it because you're always included and what's important to you is important to the company.
