Name, Role, Team, Location, Tenure at ML

Melissa Disla: Hi, my name is Melissa Dila and I'm the manager of Global Learning and development on the people and culture team. I am based out of Kissimmee Florida and I am with Madison Logic now a little over a year and a half.

How did you find your way to your current role at Madison Logic?

Melissa Disla: I found my way to be at Madison logic by being plucked out of the ethers of linked inland and being one of the lucky ones to be recruited for the learning and development specialist role.

Could you share a few details about the favorite part of your role and the team at Madison Logic?

Melissa Disla: This is absolutely a loaded question because there are so many things I love about this role and the team, what stands out the most is the autonomy and creative freedom to enhance global learning experiences. And working with a team that is innovative and thrives on, rolling up their sleeves and getting things done for the greater good is what I love the most.

What stands out to you about the culture at Madison Logic?

Melissa Disla: Madison Logic has been able to take remote work and turn it on its head by creating a thriving global community where all voices are listened to with innovation and positive change around every corner, we are always looking towards new ways of doing things, especially when it comes to global benefit and perk offerings. Our eyes are ever onwards towards the stars because the sky is not the limit.

What advice would you give someone who is considering working here?

Melissa Disla: The advice I would give is never stop learning, not only about the company, but in new ways of doing things and learning about your own strengths because that's what leads to success.

What keeps you with Madison Logic?

Melissa Disla: Another loaded question. Can I say everything? If I have to choose one? I would say the people by far, they're innovative, they're open minded, they're open and receptive to change, learning, development, sharing ideas, teamwork. So I will definitely have to say the people.

What are some benefits of working here that you discovered after getting started?

Melissa Disla: Besides the literal benefits and perks that are offered here at Madison Logic, I would have to say the emphasis that is put on the holistic health of every individual, making sure that there is a balance between life and work and that we are exercising our right to take advantage of the perks and benefits and our days off and our time available to us. So I would have to say that that's definitely something I've discovered compared to other companies I've worked with.

How has the company developed during your tenure at ML? What makes ML a great place to work?

Melissa Disla: There are so many ways in which the company has developed. One in particular is the global footprint that has expanded and continues to do so. But that is what someone would expect from a company that once again made the ink 5000 prestigious list of fastest growing privately owned companies in the US.

Which company value do you feel you live every day?

Melissa Disla: I would have to say empowered for this one. And here's why Madison Logic and the people and culture team make it easy to not only empower myself but our global teams by ways of coaching live or video learning sessions or offering self-paced learning opportunities.

Describe the culture at Madison Logic in one word.

Melissa Disla: This is another tough question. And if I have to choose just one, I would have to say rewarding.
