Kim Willis: My name is Kim Willis. I'm a strategic customer success manager on the customer success team. I'm in Dripping Springs, Texas and I've been at Madison Logic for a little over a year.
How did you find your way to your current role at Madison Logic?
Kim Willis: I found my way to Madison Logic through a friend. Um We were hanging out talking, I was telling her about my next steps and what I wanted to do, she mentioned Madison Logic and I liked what she had to say about the company. So I hopped online. I did some digging and I liked what I saw and so I applied for the job.
Could you share a few details about the favorite part of your role and the team at Madison Logic?
Kim Willis: One of my favorite things about my role is how different each day can be. I could have 2 to 3 days where I'm super busy and the next day could be relatively quiet. Um There's so many nuances to A BM. So I spent a lot of time thinking through strategies and problem solving. Um I really enjoyed building relationships with my team and my clients.
What stands out to you about the culture at Madison Logic?
Kim Willis: What stands out to me about the Madison Logic culture is how welcoming and supportive everyone is. Everyone made me feel so welcomed. When I joined um people jumped in, helped answer questions. People still jump in and answer questions um all the time and L is inclusive and rewarding. And there are a lot of talented people that work here.
What advice would you give someone who is considering working here?
Kim Willis: Advice. I would give somebody um who's considering working here. Do it, apply for the role that you want, prepare for the interviews and let your skill set and talent do the rest.
What keeps you with Madison Logic?
Kim Willis: Three things. Keep me at Madison Logic, uh, the people, the product and the everyday workflow. Uh, our crew is awesome. I believe in our product and because every day is different, it keeps me on my toes and keeps me thinking. Um, it's really been a great experience.
What are some benefits of working here that you discovered after getting started?
Kim Willis: Some benefits that I discovered after getting started here. Uh One of them was how much I enjoy working remote. I like connecting with people. I love having face to face conversations and interactions, but it's actually been pretty easy to stay connected to uh my coworkers while working from home. The perks are a nice bonus too. Um I actually saved my bonus sleep points last year and bought myself a vacuum. Um And as a working parent, I appreciate the flexibility too.
How has the company developed during your tenure at ML? What makes ML a great place to work?
Kim Willis: What makes Madison launch a good, great place to work. Uh the people and the culture, we care about each other, we care about our successes. Um And on our busiest days, it can feel kind of like the movie Band of Brothers where we're all together on one mission trying to accomplish a goal. Um And we come together and we get the job done and we do it well, it's very much a team sport in Madison Logic. And I'm so thankful to be here.
Which company value do you feel you live every day?
Kim Willis: The company value I live every day is team win together. One vision. I love all our values actually. But I'm a big fan of being on a team and working with a team and there's no way I could do my job without the help of my teammates and the support of my teammates. And I really enjoy helping my team accomplish our goals together.

Kim Willis: If I could describe the culture at Madison Logic with one word, I would say collaborative.
