Name, Role, Team, Location, Tenure at ML
Brian Lubocki: Hi, I'm Brian Labaki. I'm the senior director of Enterprise sales based out of Los Angeles. And I've been at Madison Logic almost five years now.
How did you find your way to your current role at Madison Logic?
Brian Lubocki: The way I found my way to Madison Logic. At the time, I was working in software sales, also in an enterprise sales role on the public relations and communications side of the house. There was a real shift at that time where public relations was rolling up to marketing more and more. And so that combined with big data and and the use of systems online, it just, it made sense to make a shift over to marketing Madison Logic was making big waves at the time. And once I got an opportunity to speak to leadership, I mean, the C suite was so unusually uh not only accessible but transparent and hearing their, their really forward thinking vision and their plan to get there. I was immediately sold.
Could you share a few details about the favorite part of your role and the team at Madison Logic?
Brian Lubocki: One of my favorite parts of working at Madison Logic is being a consultant to clients. Uh I like to be instead of a dumb vendor. I like to be part of marketing and really be a partner and come up with solutions. It's a real privilege having high end tools that work for Madison Logic and things that are innovative in order to align my solutions and my ideas and concepts that I'm working with the client to develop, to actually have tools that could execute and, and find them results.
What stands out to you about the culture at Madison Logic?
Brian Lubocki: What stands out to me about the culture of Madison logic is that the size where it stands today is just the right amount that allows for real innovations within the culture. And, and one that I actually get to be a part of the hire really well, partly because they are trying to align for that cultural fit. Uh And that seems to be a much larger consideration than other companies for which I've worked. Also, the benefits are, are really truly exceptional. Um The hr and executive team seem to have true interest in improving them and innovating on them. Uh We have very generous 401k health benefits are incredible. Um The work life balance are supported by benefits including summer PTO and you know, paid birthdays off, uh extracurricular activities like I pay for your gym or if you need something for your work at home office, there there's benefits and to, to apply to that. So, um it's pretty awesome.
What advice would you give someone who is considering working here?
Brian Lubocki: Some advice I'd give to someone considering Madison logic. Um I'd probably start by saying with great freedom comes great responsibility. Uh This is not a micromanaging environment. So the truly successful people here, they're really self starters, team players, they're go getters. Um If you require a lot of corporate structure and hierarchy and, and lanes, um this might not be the place for you.
What keeps you with Madison Logic?
Brian Lubocki: What keeps me at Madison logic is their ability to adapt and change and grow. To be honest, we still kind of operate like a startup in the way that everyone and everything is still accessible. So for better or worse, I, I could slack or text, you know, my ceo my CFO my cro if I need something and they'll respond and they'll help out and vice versa. That creates a really different and better work environment.
What are some benefits of working here that you discovered after getting started?
Brian Lubocki: Some of the benefits of working at Madison Logic that I discovered after I started working here was really the quality of the people they hire. And, and that includes not just their abilities and smartness, but their willingness to help that paired with the quality of the product which II I really knew about, but to see the results and hear directly from the clients, well as just a perfect recipe, right?
How has the company developed during your tenure at ML? What makes ML a great place to work?
Brian Lubocki: How the company developed during my tenure here and what makes it a great place to work? Well, I mean, like the saying goes, the proof of the pudding is in the eating. I mean, just looking at my own clients, reviews and feedback and that performance, uh that alone is amazing. It would be enough. But from the time I started till now, just seeing the third party review sites, just the exponential uh I mean, really explosion of honors and awards. I mean, we keep breaking every quarter, the, the record of how many badges we hold from G two and, and not just in one place, I mean, leadership and performance and support. Um We also just the ink 5000 just nominated us one of the list of fastest growing corporate uh private companies. I mean, that's pretty huge.
Which company value do you feel you live every day?
Brian Lubocki: The company value. I live every day. I mean, I, I try to live all of them. I mean, I, I try to, uh but my favorite is definitely team. Uh I'm a big believer in team effort. I'm a big believer in community and I'm inspired by others. I mean, I'm in sales of a true ex extrovert. So I wanna be in front of people and just the ability and, and really getting, being allowed to work with a bunch of smart people on my teams and, and teams for my clients. Um The team is definitely the one for me.
