Arielle Marquez: My name is Ariel Marquez. I'm a team lead on the client success team. I'm based out of Houston, Texas and I've been with Madison Logic for 2.5 years.
How did you find your way to your current role at Madison Logic?
Arielle Marquez: After months of searching for a new role, I found my way to Madison logic through a recruiter via linkedin.
Could you share a few details about the favorite part of your role and the team at Madison Logic?
Arielle Marquez: I absolutely love helping other individuals grow and develop and game plan ways to help achieve their goals. Other things about the team that I love just the fact that they are an amazing group of individuals. Everyone is so willing and able to be collaborative and help support one another, use each other's resources. It really does give that sense of camaraderie that it's difficult to find from a completely remote role.
What stands out to you about the culture at Madison Logic?
Arielle Marquez: Math and logic has really done an outstanding job of keeping people connected both professionally and personally, the majority of us are completely remote and so in efforts to maintain that community behind the zoom calls ML has scheduled offsite visits um as well as virtual team events to make sure that we are maintaining that connectivity. That's something I really appreciate about this company.
What advice would you give someone who is considering working here?
Arielle Marquez: The best advice I can give to somebody who is considering working at ML is to be adaptable. Um Madison logic is in an industry that is constantly evolving and so in efforts to make sure we are staying ahead of the games, we ourselves are always evolving, developing new product enhancements, figuring out new processes that will keep us ahead of the game. With all of that being said, that means there's plenty of opportunities to learn. So for always evolving, it's virtually impossible to know everything. So give yourself some grace, really allow yourself the time to soak everything in um and and be able to pivot.
What keeps you with Madison Logic?
Arielle Marquez: There's two big reasons why I stay at Madison Logic and while I continue to stay at Madison Logic, the first being growth and development and the second being recognition, uh this company does a really great job of acknowledging and recognizing your wins and successes. Um They also do an excellent job of promoting within, in my short time that I've been with Madison Logic. I've had three separate promotions and that's been possible due to the resources that have been made available to me and the coaching that's been made available to help me achieve those goals that I've set for myself.
What are some benefits of working here that you discovered after getting started?
Arielle Marquez: Uh my favorite benefit since being at ML is this latest one be pass. It's so cool. You essentially get an allowance to spend however you want. That's outside of your current salary. I mean, what's better than that? The flexibility?
How has the company developed during your tenure at ML? What makes ML a great place to work?
Arielle Marquez: There's been a lot of change since my first day at Madison Logic to today, but all that's been done in efforts to make sure that we are as efficient as we possibly can with our internal processes while maintaining client satisfaction. Some of those changes include organization restructure role mergers, as well as product enhancements. Uh with all those changes. ML is still an amazing place to work. And the reason why I think that and believe that is because Madison Logic isn't concerned with just keeping up with the industry. They really make it a point to stand out as an industry leader and that type of drive and motivation like to fire in me to come in every day and make sure I'm giving it my all.
Which company value do you feel you live every day?
Arielle Marquez: The company value that I resonate the most with is empower. It's taking responsibility, it's being accountable. Um This value is something that I hold in a very high regard and because I resonate with it so much, I really make the effort to make sure I'm living it out every day while I'm at Madison Logic.

Arielle Marquez: If I had to describe Madison Logic in one word, it would be dynamic.
