How were you first introduced to Mad City Dream Homes?
Judie Pfeifer & Bill Lunney: We were introduced to Mad City Dream Homes as part of their community outreach event nearly seven years ago. Our relationship has grown each year as we found that their goals of community conservation were in line with our Foundation for Dane County Parks goals to conserve parks, trails, and natural resources.
How have our organizations worked together to serve the community?
Judie Pfeifer & Bill Lunney: Dan Miller and his team have been extraordinary members of the Madison area and Dane County community, serving in numerous ways. Conservation alone, Dan and his team recognized that the conservation of natural resources, parks, and trails was critical to the growth and the importance and quality of life in our community. Moreover, Dan has worked hard to support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in the community and actively supports our Foundation's programs, making parks accessible to everyone.
What have been the benefits of your collaboration?
Judie Pfeifer & Bill Lunney: Mad City Dream Homes has been an essential partner in the growth and the success of our Foundation for Dane County Parks. Without Dan's support, our Foundation would not have been able to raise several million dollars in support of our county parks, trails, and natural resources. Additionally, Dan is an adviser and trusted member of our Foundation Board.
Judie Pfeifer & Bill Lunney: He has provided a wealth of financial and in-kind support -- easily measuring over five figures. Specifically, his team provides the layout, printing, and mailing of our three newsletters per year and has helped set up our website and social media. We love working with Dan and his team and really appreciate their contributions to our work for the good of the greater Madison community. Thank you, Dan!
