How was your experience working with your agent?
Nancy Breden: I had a great experience working with Chris Venden, both on selling my home and then buying a new one. She was just such a pleasure to work with. She's always very responsive, she really listened to what I wanted. She has exceptional knowledge of the market, and she's just a really honest, nice person to work with.
What challenges did you face in your buying and/or selling journey?
Nancy Breden: When I first contacted Chris about selling my home, she asked me what time frame I was looking at, and I told her I wanted to get it on the market as quickly as possible. It was getting toward the end of the season and it felt like there was a narrow window of opportunity to really show the house off well. And so, she made it happen. I mean she got me in contact with the stager, we got the photographer in to do the pictures, they even did drone footage of the home, and we got the listing done and up and had an offer on it all within one week's time. She was just amazing.
How did our team help you overcome any challenges?
Nancy Breden: Chris works with a great team and she was able to mobilize all of them to get my home on the market. Debbie gave me excellent advice on how to stage my home; Tracy took spectacular photos; Dan came out and gave advice; April always cheerfully managed the transaction details. They were such a pleasure to work with. It's just a great team.
Why would you recommend working with Mad City Dream Homes to buy or sell a home?
Nancy Breden: So I've worked with Chris on three real estate transactions. My daughter has worked with her on three real estate transactions. My other daughter has worked with her on two transactions, and we've recommended her to many friends. It just goes to show how much we enjoy working with Chris and the Mad City Dream Homes team and we wouldn't think of working with anyone else. They're just so knowledgeable about the market, they're so responsive, and they're just such nice people to work with, that it's always been a pleasant experience. I highly recommend them.
