How was your experience working with your agent?
Mitch and Liz Jordan: Our experience with Ann was awesome. We moved from out of town and she went above and beyond to do virtual showings, to stop everything that she was doing just to go see a house real quick for us, or answer an email. She went above and beyond every step of the way and it made the whole experience really awesome and really stress free because she was always available for us.
What challenges did our team help you overcome in your buying and/or selling journey?
Mitch and Liz Jordan: We were moving right in the middle of COVID, of the pandemic, and so there was a lot of difficulty in trying to see homes, or just like the market was not ideal for buying a house at that time. And so it was really hard to know kind of what we were going to get, what was going to be on the market, all of it felt like really unstable I guess, but Ann was super helpful in kind of not letting us lose sight of what we were looking for, just so that we could like find a house and move in. She was really helpful in helping us find the home that we really wanted and being patient with us, and always willing to kind of look at other houses that she could tell we weren't necessarily like pleased with, but because we were in such a time crunch, we felt like maybe we should put an offer in on this house, or maybe we should try and get this home. But she was really helpful in kind of not letting us make like a knee jerk reaction just because we felt the pressure. She helped us feel really confident in the home buying process. And she was very, very honest with us throughout and we weren't always able to be at a home showing or you know, physically present, but she always did a really good job of expressing what she felt about the home and knowing what we needed, knowing what we were looking for, making sure it matched up with that. So that was super helpful and made buying in the middle of, I think it was 2020 when we did, that made it just something that could have been really challenging and made it really easy and helpful.
Why would you recommend working with Mad City Dream Homes to buy or sell a home?
Mitch and Liz Jordan: I recommend working with Mad City Dream Homes because I know that they're going to do everything they need to do to make sure that the buying experience, or selling experience, is good, and they put their clients first all the time. They're willing to bend over backwards to make sure something happens to benefit their customers. And I would give them a five star rating, two thumbs up, whatever it is. I highly recommend what they do and how they do it. Yeah we actually recommended Ann to a bunch of our friends, and ended up using her and have had nothing but great things to say about her. We're kind of like "if you don't use her you're just not very smart" and I know that she's done a really good job with people we are close with and we trusted her enough to say hey "I think you really should work with her" and she's been super helpful to them too.
