Why did you choose the Mad City Dream Homes team?
Andrew Blair Lewis: Whenever I've needed a realtor or needed to make a recommendation, I always think of Dan Miller and the Mad City Dream Homes team. That's always an easy decision for me, because what I want in a realtor is somebody who is well informed about the Dane County housing market, and I don't think there's anybody better than Dan. So when I've needed to sell I have looked to Dan. When I've had friends and relatives looking to buy or sell, I've recommended Dan. And Dan has been committed to helping a lot of important nonprofit organizations in the county, and I always appreciate it when businesses give back to the community.
How did our team help you overcome challenges in your selling/buying journey?
Andrew Blair Lewis: When I was faced with selling my parents home - my childhood home where I grew up - we had a number of challenges. It was a beautiful home and it was a home on the National Register of Historic Places. But Dan and his team were very helpful in helping me think about the improvements that needed to be made to that house so that it would prosper in the market. And the investments that we made prior to the sale, I'm convinced were critical to drawing a competitive offer.
Andrew Blair Lewis: One of the things I'd also note about Mad City Dream Homes is that after the purchase or after the sale, Dan is there as a resource. And I've often called him, for example, looking for contractors that he's had confidence in that have helped homebuyers prepare home for markets. And some of those requests have been filled well after we've, we've done business with Dan, but it's been very much appreciated.

Andrew Blair Lewis: Regardless of what business I'm doing business with, I want to work with somebody who's honest and ethical, and Dan Miller and his team certainly meets that criteria. They've proven that to be true to me over the years.
