What is your Buying Story? i.e. Downsizing, Upsizing, Relocating?
Krista G.: I cannot recommend April and the Stagers team more. They are absolutely incredible. We are first time home buyers new to the area and just so so thankful and blessed to have found this team. They are experts in their field. They are kind they care about you like actually care about you. You're not a number you are thought of. You are cared for. You're led through the whole journey. Buying a home is a crazy wild ride and doing it for the first time. I can't, my husband and I are, can't even express how thankful we are. So thank you to April and the entire team. You made this process so great for us and we got our keys yesterday and are just so incredibly thankful for all of your help, expertise and time and support along this crazy wild ride. How did M. Stagers Realty Partners make your experience matter?
Krista G.: Like I said, we're first time home buyers. It's like learning a new language. And April our realtor from the Stagers Realty team really let us hand by hand, they give you a book for first time home buyers with a ton of amazing information that really helped us from the get go when we were trying to figure out if we were ready to buy a home. Um, and then the entire team all the way through really made sure we had all the information that we needed, um, held our hand and really honestly helped us feel knowledgeable and competent and ready to take on everything that came our way with the home builder that we were working with. And, um, they really did help us to really learn what it, what was needed and what made sense for us to push back at the builder when it made sense to push back and really protected us along the way too.
Why would you recommend working with M. Stagers Realty Partners to buy or sell a home?
Krista G.: Honestly, um I would recommend to anyone I know or don't know out there that is looking to buy a home in the San Antonio area to work with Missy and her team. Um because they care about you. You're an actual person and not a number. I think I learned in working with home builders and large corporations that they really do see you as a number in those places, but having a realtor and a realty team that sees you as a person that knows your story, that fights for you that is on your side and um supports you in that way. Honestly, it was make or break for us. April did that for us. Um And the rest of the team along the way, but I, I couldn't, I can't even put into words how much that means. And I think that to have a realtor who's not only an expert in what they're doing, but has your back and feels like family. Um that's just make or break and that's exactly what April and the entire team over with Missy do. So. Um I just think you, you can't lose with that. You can't lose with them on your side.
