Who are you and what is your role in the business?
Jim Schoenburg: I'm Jim Schomberg. I'm the Chief Commercial Officer at Sequentum
When and how did you come to work with Dan and the team at M&G Executive Search?
Jim Schoenburg: I worked with Dan and his team a few years back when I was at Vimond Media Solutions and Dan helped us find a fantastic sales director in the media technology space.
What did M&G Executive Search do for you/the business?
Jim Schoenburg: Our search wasn't easy. We were looking for a seasoned professional in uh a very niche market for uh video distribution and management technologies. Um Dan and his team provided a number of super well qualified candidates and the person that we hired uh stayed with the company for a number of years and rose up through the ranks.
What really differentiated M&G and the team from your experience with other search firms?
Jim Schoenburg: I interviewed quite a number of uh potential partners at the time and Dan and his team really stood out, they knew our market very, very well, had a great track record of success. Um I really connected with Dan and felt he understood what we specifically needed and of course, uh his two year guarantee is kind of unheard of elsewhere in the marketplace. And that made it a no-brainer to really select uh Dan to work with.
Would you use Dan and the team at M&G Executive Search again? If so why?
Jim Schoenburg: I would certainly uh work with Dan again. Um His process, the people that he hires to work for him um are all incredibly impressive. The results were great. Um I continued to speak with Dan till this day and would have no hesitation recommending him to my colleagues.
