How would you describe your physical and emotional health BEFORE learning the Stop. Dieting. Forever. process?
Tanya Morsell : Before joining Luxe life, I was constantly looking for the next best thing and getting excited when I saw the Weight Watchers commercials and I would always join and rejoin. I had a lot of drama about the scale and the scale determined how, how I felt during the day, how my day went. And I thought a lot about if I didn't, if I wait a certain thing that means, um, if I wait a certain thing, that, that meant something about me that I was a failure, that I would never be able to get to my goal way.
What result have you gotten from following the process?
Tanya Morsell : the result that I have gotten from following the process is um finally getting to my goal weight. And also I don't have any drama about the scale anymore. It's just a part of my data and, I jump on every morning, no drama I learned when the program that it's okay to even take my skill with me on vacation. And um, I gained, like I gained a better mindset and the process not only helped me with my weight loss, it also helped me in my daily life. I know that um, it's my thoughts, not my actions that can help me change my life and little bits help as long as you don't quit. I think that's the best thing that I got from SdF is that I don't quit anymore. I'm not a quitter. I might fall here and there, but we have a, a supportive community. So even when things get hard, I might take a little break, but jennifer is always there for us. So I always go back and I always get stuff from jennifer and just the community of ladies
Why is this weight loss process different from a diet?
Tanya Morsell : I think that S. D. F. Is different than a diet because it's a lifestyle, a lifestyle and um it's just not only about the food, it's just it's about life and how you manage your mind to get the things that that you desire in your life. And I learned that it's just not really all about weight loss. And in fact, I think that I thought that when I lose lost weight, my life was going to be different, but I realized that they're over there is not better than here. Um And there's always gonna be something, there's always going to be something to learn. So I would say that's the biggest takeaway from me that it's just a part of my lifestyle and it's it's a huge part of my lifestyle and I always like, I think I said before I can go back to the group and jennifer as a coach, she has helped me not only with my weight loss, but you'll find that, I think I found that losing weight is just not all about the food, it's really about your mind. So she has coached me on um during the group on work situations, my time. Um Just all the things. So I would say that's the biggest thing that I got from it. I no longer get excited when the new Weight Watchers commercials come on. Um I might have my drama every now and then. But I feel like I can always go through the back to the process and as long as jennifer has the community, I will definitely be be a part of it.
