What have you learned during the bootcamp, and how has it benefited you professionally?
Shari Williams: I've learned so, so, so, so much attending Doctor jones' Med Spa boot camp. It was a very robust 16 week program. It was detail oriented and it helped me to create a plan on how to open my very own medical practice.
Do you have any favorite moments or particularly enlightening lessons that stand out?
Shari Williams: There were so many different favorite parts of the boot camp that it's a little difficult to pick one, but I'm going to start with the highlight of them all. My most favorite part was all of the guest speakers each week. Doctor Jones Incorporated, a guest speaker that was either a professional or someone who was actually performing the role that we were seeking. So there were medical directors, there were health care law attorneys, there were business credit experts that helped to add to the knowledge base and the networking and resources that you need to plan a successful Meba.
In what ways has the bootcamp positively impacted your MedSpa career or aspirations?
Shari Williams: Doctor jones' boot camp prepared me for the world of aesthetics. It also helped me to reframe how I look at myself as a registered nurse as a medical professional altogether. It allowed me to put value to all the years of my experience and give me the confidence, the tools and the resources to be successful. As a SB CEO I think this boot camp also helped me to realize the world has so many opportunities that are available. You just have to apply yourself, surround yourself with the right individuals and have a great mentor like Doctor Jones to kind of give you a framework for you to follow.
