Hey, yeah, I take Berberine every single day. Um I've been trying to drive down my blood sugar and there's no question, it's had an impact. I also use the blood support. Um Right here. Uh And that also is just supplements along with um the uh Burberry, it takes a week and then you start to notice the results, you're going to drop some weight. Uh You will see your blood sugar go down. Uh Mine has been, you know, not bad. It's just driving glucose down from 1 31 40 down to 100 105 in there and it just has a great impact. So I'm really happy with the product. I've also ordered uh Resver atol if I could pronounce it. And I've started taking that also, you know, that's been long notice, a very effective antioxidant.
