What inspired you to use LugLess for shipping your luggage or gear?
Danielle Bloch: Hi there. I have used Lugless for shipping, large parcels a couple of times. I think this is the 2nd or 3rd time I've used it, and, each time I am more and more impressed with the service. The 1st time we used it was moving. One of my daughters from New York City, and she had large luggage that couldn't take on the airplane because she had too much. And, so we found Lugless, and she was able to go to a UPS store or maybe a FedEx Express store, print the labels there, and they took care of everything. Her packages arrived at our home. Without any issues, and it was great. So, since then, I've used them two more times. Most recently, I had a daughter who moved to New York City, and I packed 2 large boxes for her and, shipped them, and they got there early, which was amazing.
What benefits have you experienced since shipping with LugLess?
Danielle Bloch: Lugless made my shipping experience really easy and I think it was. More reasonably priced than going directly to FedEx or UPS, certainly better than the USPS, and I felt like the customer service was excellent. So, yeah, love it.
What would you say to someone who has hesitations about using LugLess?
Danielle Bloch: What would I say to someone who has any hesitations about using Lugless? I would say. You'll be so pleasantly surprised. Just do it. It's really such an easy way to ship things, across the country or, I, I know some people probably use it just for regular luggage. I've used it primarily for boxes, and duffel bags, large duffel bags. So, but very, very pleased with it so far.
