Victor de la Parra: As part of the Mechanical Engineering department from Texas A & M, I'm subscribed to a newsletter where each week job opportunities will present one week LPL Solar was looking for interns. And after reading the job position and what LPL Solar was all about, I decided to apply.
What is your favorite part of your role at LPL?
Victor de la Parra: My favorite part of the opposition is a freedom and room to grow. You have an LPL.
What stands out to you about the culture at LPL?
Victor de la Parra: The main thing that stands out about the culture here at LPL is how everyone got each other's back. You can count on your co worker if you have any issues, or if you have any questions you're not afraid to ask, you just ask, and they will take the time to teach you and to make sure you understand.
