How did you find your way to your current role at LPL?

Could you share a few details about the favorite part of your role and the team at LPL?

Latrelle Samuels: Oh my God, this is so much better. So a few details about my favorite part of my role um Although when I interview, I know it's a remote position but I love the travel aspect of it. Um I can pretty much travel when I want to at least try to go visit home office at least once a month. Um Could increase to twice a month. Now that we have some projects under our belt, I'll probably go to site, so I'll probably like if I'm traveling to two times a month, I'll probably choose one visit for Going to the Home Office in one visit for actually business side. Um it could be a possibility where I can visit 2-3 sites and it just depends on that location. Um And I don't really want to give it away, but the aspects of working with this particular team is probably the best I've ever experienced in my career. Um Everybody is willing to take on pretty much anything, it doesn't matter what their role is. Um And so you feel it when you're in the meetings, when your office, you know, everybody is hard at work. Some people are working on some things that you know, they may know, some people are doing something, they may not know, everybody's just trying to figure it out. Everybody has, there would be something that would interfere in my video, but there there's something for everyone to do and if you don't know, feel free to ask. There's always someone there to help if they don't know, there's someone else that can help out. So I really appreciate the travel and the team aspect of it.

What stands out to you about the culture at LPL?

Latrelle Samuels: what stands out the most about the culture is, and I think I may have cheated and spoke about this in the last video, the fact that everybody is willing to work with each other. Um I have yet to Find a group that works harder than this group. Everybody is very close knit. It almost feels like a family. I mean, I know that a good bit of the team has worked together 14 plus years, but once you come in, you feel the sense of, you know, these guys really know each other and they really work well off each other. So that's probably the best aspect about the culture. Um and everybody is willing to figure everything out. You know, if you don't know something everybody's diving in, it's not like, oh, that's not my project or no, that's not my job description. Everybody is willing to diving and it seems like my my daughter's diving in right now too, texas.
