Sierra Trees-Turner: Hi, I'm Sierra, the learning and development specialist at Total E T O. I wanted to create an intuitive help center that offers our customers multiple ways to access our content. That's when I discovered the Lotus Flatrock theme. It has so many features and extensions that suit my needs. The side navigation and table of contents options make it easy to browse through articles and their service is also outstanding. They've been fast and responsive with any of my customization requests.
