What are the recruitment issues you have faced?
James Walton: So the issues we had was we couldn't find any people. It was really, really tight in terms of the market and we were struggling to fill the vacancies we had.

So from brief through to receiving candidates quickly and then interviews happening very quickly, which meant that we could secure the people, we needed much more effectively. James Walton: I think they're really honest, very collaborative. Um It didn't feel like they were trying to sell me anything at any one time. So, yeah, good people to have around know what they're doing and really effective at what they do.
