Speaker: Rachel Green
Introduce yourself! Where are you from? Profession? What did life look like before END? What made you decide to work with us?
Rachel Green: Hey, my name is Rachel. I'm from New York City. I'm an executive assistant by day and performer in the evening. And all other times, I would say prior to this course, I was dating a lot but really not enjoying the experience. And I thought to myself, uh the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting the same results. And you invest in every other area of your life. Why wouldn't you invest in love? So I did and I'm so glad that I did. This course has helped me uh look at old patterns and my dating attachment style and with the support of the coaches and the beautiful community of women. And uh now having a beautiful authentic profile that comes from the heart and not leading with, you know, my comedy or my sexuality, but really coming from, you know, what matters. And I've gotten so much better at pushing the people out that are not meant for me and being more open to people that might be that I might not have ever noticed before. And uh enjoying the experience having really uh deep connected conversations and a much more uh fulfilling experience. So, thank you.
What are the three biggest benefits from working in END?
Rachel Green: Ok. I feel like I've already done this. Uh, I guess I knew it was coming. Ok. Three biggest benefits from work. Oh, ok. Well, um, uh, being able to discover my past relationship patterns and learning my attachment style, having the opportunity to work with coaches who really get it and the support of a community of women going through the same thing and then really being able to, uh, discover, you know, what dating someone secure looks like and, and getting rid of people that are not a fit for me much quicker and inviting people in who might be that I might not have ever considered before and having really meaningful conversations and connections.
What was your biggest breakthrough while in the program?
Rachel Green: Six parts. OK. Oh, lots of breakthroughs. OK. Uh Biggest breakthrough in the program was I would say noticing my attachment style that was huge. Uh noticing that people that I thought were just not emotionally available, which they weren't but realizing that they were avoidant and how many avoidant people I had attached myself to because I thought it was exciting. And now that I don't cling to that feeling, um dating feels just a lot more easy when it comes to the actual moments and communicating with someone who's ready for love.
What would you tell others who are thinking about joining the program?
Rachel Green: If you're considering joining the program, do it, one of the biggest things uh that rings true for me all the time that the course just reinforced is follow your gut. I mean, there's the voice in your head, but then there's your gut and if your gut is telling you do it, it's one of the best investments I've ever made and investing in yourself is always worthwhile. You will not regret it. You will see blind spots, you will get out of your head, you will move forward uh powerfully and authentically with support and be putting yourself out there in the best way possible.
Is there anything else you'd like to add about your experience in END?
Rachel Green: As someone who's been involved with transformational work, self development and therapy. Over the years, I kind of thought I knew it all. And then I really took a hard look at that 45 minute intro call and realized that focusing in on this and realizing that I still had blind spots and that it was time to really focus on love and invest in myself and take the realm of dating seriously. It was totally worth it. And there's always more to learn.
